Team Leader Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process cruise bookings and packages effectively
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing various sales strategies
  • Provide efficient and accurate support through walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products
  • Monitor and manage relevant mailboxes daily
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment with a focus on sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • Proficiency in GDS systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and organised individual
