Job Title: Assistant Director

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Assistant Director to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and a proven track record of leadership and management.

The role involves working closely with the Centre Director to provide strategic support and guidance in the leadership and management of the centre, including mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care to children and families

  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team to ensure excellent outcomes for children and families

  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless delivery of services

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles

  • Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
