About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled leader to head our Taxation & Transfer Pricing division. As a key member of our team, you will deliver strategic tax advice, business strategies and recommendations tailored to client requirements.

  • Oversee the preparation and implementation of strategic tax advice, business plans and recommendations
  • Provide taxation consultancy advice, report writing and conduct research to address client requirements
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of complex tax returns and transfer pricing documentation
  • Build, manage and maintain client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
  • Advocate for our organization and drive business development through networking, thought leadership and identifying cross-divisional client opportunities
  • Review tax compliance, transfer pricing and advisory work prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback and coaching

The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience in Australian taxation services across a broad and technically complex client base, including income tax, capital gains tax, FBT, GST and Division 7A. They will also demonstrate confidence in leading teams and have proven experience in providing guidance to junior staff.
