Job Description">

The Cash Management Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for accurate and timely funding projections and requirements for our broker/dealer entities in Asia Pacific.

Our team builds and delivers the infrastructure, security, and operational elements that enable us to pursue our mission. Our teams work closely with functions and businesses to deliver the optimal tools and environments, allowing us to be the best for our clients.

The overall objective is to manage daily operations for our Cash Management team, consisting of multiple teams across Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Markets, performing related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily cash management transactions, liquidity, and prepare cash flow projections for all broker/dealer entities in the Asia region;">
  • Partner with colleagues in Treasury, business, and Risk to anticipate needs and facilitate opportunities;">
  • Engage with Treasury to coordinate large cash flow settlements;">
  • Own wire monitoring process;">
  • Support bank and vendor relationships to identify economic opportunities;">
  • Support firm efforts to reduce intraday liquidity usage across agent bank accounts;">
  • Develop and execute strategy for evolution of global Cash Management Platform (GCMS);">
  • Resolve and report cash breaks;">
  • Report FX currency issues;">
  • Partner with Regional Stakeholders to deliver to our Business needs;">
  • Embed a strong Controls and Compliance culture;">
  • Deliver on all goals including Financial, Client Service, Culture & People, and Risk & Control.">

Be a member of the Markets Ops Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the execution of franchise O&T goals.

This role requires a Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred, with 5-10 years of experience in the financial industry, including handling operational activities, especially in cash securities, cash flow management, and fund transfer.

A good understanding of foreign exchange operations and exchange regulations in Asia markets is essential. Strong knowledge of banking systems and procedures, as well as policies on Citi, Compliance, and other regulations, is also required.

Experience in leading a dynamic team, knowledge of efficiency processes, and analytical skills are highly valued. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as expertise in time management and a service-oriented mindset, are necessary for success in this role.
