Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge as a senior leader in our operations team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Assistant Area Manager.

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of stores, coaching, mentoring and influencing franchise owners and operators to deliver strong operational standards, improve sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work autonomously as part of a managerial team, reporting into the Area Manager and spending most of your time in-store partnering with Franchisees to ensure profitable growth of their business.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced individual with a sound understanding of QSR and Sushi Retail operations. You will be passionate about delivering quality fresh products, providing outstanding customer service experiences and thrive on generating and encouraging the success of others and the business.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • A background in franchise operations
