**Customer Service Representative Role Overview**
Freight Assist Australia, a leading bulk transport and logistics provider, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Customer Service Officer.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support, processing data entry, and managing administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolution to queries
- Data entry (customer pick ups & consignment notes)
- Time slot bookings
- Create on-forwarding manifests
- Accurate pallet reporting
- Support other team members and departments as required
- Liaise with drivers and fleet teams for timely outcomes
- Internal and external stakeholder communication
