We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clients.
- Manage sales orders, credits, back orders, and account queries using our enterprise resource planning system.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent high-quality customer service and provide necessary information to customers.
- Develop superior multitasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize multiple systems daily.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Contribute to a team environment by fostering professional relationships with colleagues that support the achievement of team goals and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is essential.
- Superior data entry skills and attention to detail when using in-house systems.
- High-level computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook.
- Ability to learn quickly and grow within the position.
- Capacity to seek advice and accept feedback.
- Inquisitive mind, ability to solve problems, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Capability of working as part of a team but also being self-driven and able to work individually.
