Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Superior data entry skills and attention to detail when using in-house systems.
  • High-level computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn quickly and grow within the position.
  • Capacity to seek advice and accept feedback.
  • Inquisitive mind, ability to solve problems, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Capability of working as part of a team but also being self-driven and able to work individually.
