Job Role: Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert customer support, resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage parts orders with factories and follow up on order status to ensure seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with the resolution of spare parts issues, generating invoices as required.
  • Support SAP interface functions, maintaining accurate records and providing training to colleagues.
  • Liaise with suppliers to manage materials movement and perform warehouse duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP skills preferred.
