Software Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced software leader to drive the development of modern backend architectures and shape the technological futures of our clients.

  • Develop baseline microservices patterns and reference architectures that align with cloud-native best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs, lead architectural discussions, present solutions, and provide trusted technical expertise.
  • Contribute to solution designs, proposals, estimations, and client pitches during pre-sales phases.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of microservices architectures on cloud platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Review solution designs, mentor engineers, and contribute to internal accelerators, patterns, and practices.
  • Understand both business context and technical requirements across infrastructure, integration, and application logic.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable API designs and microservices-based solutions.
  • Delivery experience in Azure environments, including Azure Functions, Kubernetes, and CosmosDB.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core and related tools and frameworks.
  • Experience engaging with clients, running workshops, presenting solutions, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution consulting activities, including shaping proposals and estimating work.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
