Senior Technical Architect Position Overview

This position is an opportunity to lead the strategic direction for Service Provider solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CX solutions addressing end-to-end service provider initiatives.
  • Design and integrate complex architectures, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with CX teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Advisory role in identifying and solving complex architectural challenges for service provider customers.
  • Translate complex requirements into secure, reliable, and serviceable architectures.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, repeatability, and scalability in engineering practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep expertise in SP technologies, including Transport, Core, Mobility, etc.
  • Strong customer consulting abilities for pre-sales and delivery of sophisticated service orchestration solutions.
  • Experience delivering large, sophisticated solutions with Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
