About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Admin to join our team at a renowned company specialising in fire protection and safety solutions. As an Inventory Admin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compare picking slips and invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor outbound consignment notes and follow up with freight companies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process invoices for outbound orders and maintain accurate documentation in Shared Files and SharePoint.
  • Manage the Outstanding Purchase Order Report and create/maintain inventory usage reports to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee inventory changes, including the introduction of new SKUs, to ensure seamless integration into our systems.
  • Create purchase orders and manage inventory returns to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Document procedures and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Participate in regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in inventory management or a related field.
  • Experience with Pronto Xi is desired, but training will be provided if not familiar.
  • Intermediate-level skills in MS Office Suite, particularly in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
