Job Title:
Branch Performance DirectorThe Branch Performance Director will spearhead the achievement of excellence by leading and guiding a high-performing team to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee the management of a branch, encompassing departments such as Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities.
- Supervise branch departments to guarantee exceptional customer service.
- Elevate the standards of the distribution center grounds.
- Foster the recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
- Provide hands-on senior leadership and drive accountability through performance feedback.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations or general management.
- Previous experience in warehouse, call center, and/or sales environments is highly desirable.
- Experience supervising personnel is mandatory.
- Limited overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities:
As the Branch Performance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising employees, managing resources, and making strategic decisions to drive business growth.
