We are seeking an exceptional Industrial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Sharon Bennie, a leading Commercial/Industrial Property agency in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.

About the Role:

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will work closely with one of our experienced Directors, receiving one-on-one training in Commercial/Industrial property sales and leasing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting discovery calls, phone prospecting, and following up leads
  • Door knocking and generating business opportunities
  • Assisting sales and leasing inquiries and conducting inspections
  • General buyer and database management
  • Market research on pricing, growth, and rental returns
  • Managing pipeline clients
About You:

We are looking for someone with some exposure to Real Estate (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial) and a Certificate of Registration or RE License. A driver's license and car are also essential. You will need excellent communication skills, immaculate presentation, and a passion for building relationships and communicating with people.
