We are seeking a commercially savvy and technically competent property analyst to join our industry-leading National Industrial Capital Markets team in Sydney. This key role will involve analyzing, marketing, and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the Australian market.

The scope of the role includes:

  • Providing financial and cash flow modeling for industrial assets and compiling information for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums
  • Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assisting with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises
  • Researching and analyzing relevant market information and intelligence
  • Managing key data sources, including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data, and other sector-specific data
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Industrial Capital Markets client group, including institutional and international clients
  • Assisting in developing the opportunity pipeline
  • Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings
  • Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organizations and fostering relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers

We are looking for an ideal candidate who is newly qualified as a Commercial Valuer, Assistant Development Manager, or Analyst within a commercial property business and wants to transition into a transactional role. The successful candidate will have a university degree qualification and real estate license/certificate, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project), excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the local industrial property market and current trends.
