About the Role
  • Directly manage your own OSH service, providing excellent support to local families through quality before and after-school care, as well as holiday programs.
  • Create and implement innovative programs using industry-leading tools and best practices.
  • Serve as a key ambassador for your organization, building lasting connections with the school community.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of a dedicated team of educators.
About You
  • You are an inspiring individual passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a talent for building long-lasting, positive relationships.
  • Prior experience in childcare or OSHC is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Hold a completed or currently pursued ACECQA-recognized qualification in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.
