About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our night duty team at Baptistcare Gracewood, a 110-bed residential aged care facility in Salter Point. As the sole RN on shift, you will work closely with a capable and caring team of support staff.

This role includes In-Charge responsibilities, requiring strong clinical skills, confidence, and proven leadership experience. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and delivering care in line with individual Resident Care Plans while ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.

As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our Care Staff to ensure safe and person-centred care. This is an opportunity for a compassionate and confident RN to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Shift Time: 21:45pm to 7:15am

Requirements
  • You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a passion for leading and supporting care teams in a residential aged care setting.
  • Ideal candidates bring at least three years of experience, with aged care or community services experience highly regarded.
  • You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring residents' care needs are met in accordance with clinical requirements and individual care plans.
