Occupational Therapist Role

Curtin Heritage Living seeks a dedicated professional to lead our lifestyle team in delivering exceptional care services to older adults.

  • Drive strategic leadership and program development to meet resident needs, professional standards, and organisational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive therapy assessments, treatment plans, and treatments in partnership with residents and stakeholders, ensuring holistic delivery of care.
  • Liaise with medical, nursing, care, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately document and report care interventions, observations, and resident feedback.
  • Maintain a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to auditing, review, and service development processes.
  • Assist in reviewing and disseminating allied health policies, procedures, and assessment tools under the Therapy + Lifestyle Manager's direction.
  • Provide expert advice and education to staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
  • National police clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
