About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to work with us. You will be responsible for managing complaints and disputes, assessing and investigating policies, and providing technical support and advice to claims and underwriting areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dispute resolution, a strong general insurance or legal background, and a solid understanding of risk, compliance, and policy. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end complaints and disputes for all General Insurance products.
  • Assess and investigate policies, legislation, and expert evidence.
  • Provide technical support and advice to claims and underwriting areas.
  • Engage with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
