Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated disputes lawyer to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our sophisticated client base, including large corporate clients and government entities.
We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience as an advocate in the Local Court and can undertake prosecution work autonomously. However, the role also involves working collaboratively with a team that undertakes a variety of commercial litigation, including contract disputes and intellectual property matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic results, a desire to develop advocacy skills, sound written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to develop client-focused relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing clients in the Local and District Courts
- Undertaking prosecution work and appearing in court
- Working collaboratively with a team on complex commercial litigation matters
- Strong academic record
- Proven experience as an advocate in the Local Court
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
