Senior Dispute Resolution Attorney

The role involves working with our litigation team, servicing a sophisticated client base including corporate clients, government entities, and startups.
You will assist in commercial disputes and complex litigation in superior Courts, as well as appear in the Local and District Courts for prosecution matters.
We seek a motivated candidate who enjoys the courtroom and has experience as an advocate in the Local Court.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking prosecution work autonomously;
- Participating in commercial litigation including contract disputes, equitable remedies, competition, consumer issues, intellectual property disputes, directors' duties, and shareholder claims.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong academic results;
- A desire to develop or learn advocacy skills;
- Sound written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to develop client-focused relationships;
- Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
