Job Description

The Support and Scheduling Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. This includes coordinating schedules, providing administrative support, and communicating effectively with staff, consumers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate staffing levels for the STARS program.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for Lifestyle Support Workers (LSWs) on using systems and applications.
  • Accurately enter and update consumer information in software programs.
  • Assist members of the public by addressing their inquiries and guiding them accordingly.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
