Pool Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pool Assistant. As a Pool Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standard of facility presentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks assigned by the Supervisor to maintain the facility's appearance and ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.

You will also be required to operate the kiosk and reception, handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a current First Aid Certificate, a current CPR Certificate, and a current Bronze Medallion. Additionally, having a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and a current Working with Children Check would be highly regarded.

We offer an attractive hourly rate and 11.5% superannuation, with the option to co-contribute up to 5%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain facility presentation at the highest standard
  • Operate kiosk and reception
  • Clean pools, pool decks, and change rooms
