Pool Robotics Perth are specialists in the sale and repair of robotic pool cleaners both domestic and commercial. Dealing with a high number of trade customers, end users and commercial aquatic centres we are the trusted name in pool robotics throughout Western Australia.

**What we are looking for?**

Pool Robotics Perth is looking for a casual robotic pool cleaner repair technician for their Wangara store. Training will be provided if you have no experience but you must enjoy taking things apart and putting back together. Must be computer literate and be able to talk to people face to face.

We seek an energetic, committed and hard-working team member that is focused on providing outstanding customer service.

**Repair Technician Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop an understanding of how robotic pool cleaners operate
- Sales of robotic pool cleaners
- Receive stock deliveries and repairs
- Assist the Manager in the day to day operations of the store
- Process orders in person and over the phone
- Maintain good visual merchandising and store presentation
- Robotic pool cleaner fault diagnosis and repairs (on-site training provided, no experience necessary)

**To be suitable for the role you must have**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- High degree of written and oral communication skills
- The ability to learn about new products and services
- Basic computing skills
- Not afraid to work with your hands and get dirty
- Be able to lift up to 25kg

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
