**The Role**
We are seeking a **Casual Retail Assistant / Robot Repair Technician** to join our Jandakot team. This role is ideal for **university students, casual workers, or semi-retired people** looking for flexible work. Availability is required between **8:30am and 5:00pm on nominated days**, and we are happy to work around your other commitments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
- Learn and develop technical skills in robotic pool cleaner operation and repair
- Assist with sales of robotic pool cleaners and accessories
- Receive and process stock deliveries and repairs
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Carry out robotic pool cleaner diagnostics and repairs (training provided)

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new products and technical skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Comfortable working with your hands and not afraid to get dirty
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
