Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Liaison Officer to provide exceptional support to our clients throughout their Pre-Construction and Construction experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing continuous support, and ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining office databases to ensure free flow of information and accuracy
- Assisting with incoming calls and coordinating engineering services
- Preparing documents for lodgment and obtaining finance documents from clients/lending authorities
- Providing weekly updates to clients and maintaining communication with different departments
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and customer service skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets/KPIs. They will also have knowledge of the construction industry, computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
