We are seeking a proactive and dedicated professional to support our team as a Client Service Officer. This dynamic role involves providing ongoing support to colleagues and their clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Documentation Coordination: Arrange and manage client meeting documentation in accordance with business protocols.
- Scheduling Support: Manage colleague diaries, book appointments, and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to colleagues with record keeping and other tasks.
- A minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a financial planning support position is required.
- Possession of a Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management and administrative skills are essential.
- A passion for personal growth and a desire to assist clients in achieving their financial goals is necessary.
