EOI - FRP Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced FRP Superintendent to join our team on an upcoming concrete infrastructure project in WA. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing onsite leadership, coordination, and oversight of the construction workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in championing a culture of high performance onsite
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Contribute to the manning schedule to ensure adequately skilled and qualified candidates are planned for the project
- Support the Project Manager in the design and delivery of work programs, including participation in weekly reviews
- Ensure agreed work program requirements are met for each component of the project and report variances to the Project Manager
- Contribute to and build a strong safety culture
- Monitor resource and plant productivities to ensure program requirements are met
- Participate in safety investigations and implement relevant learnings
- Manage employee Supervisor's performance and conduct thorough performance discussions
- Monitor and control costs within your remit, particularly direct costs of plant and labour
About You
- Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent overseeing similar FRP construction packages
- Demonstrated experience working in a FIFO/DIDO capacity
- Excellent planning, monitoring, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated safety and environmental leadership behaviour
- Self-starter with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- MS Office skills, particularly Excel or planning software such as P6
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
