We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FIFO Supervisor FRP to join our project team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing onsite supervisory coordination and oversight of the construction workforce, ensuring all construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Project Management team to champion a culture of high performance onsite
- Demonstrate strong and visible supervisor skills through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide input into the manning schedule to ensure adequately skilled and qualified candidates are planned for the project
- Ensure agreed work program requirements are met for each component of the project and report variances to Senior Project Manager
- Support the Construction Manager, Superintendent, and Engineers to formulate, review, and monitor work programs for each section of work to be completed
- Monitor costs within your remit, particularly direct costs of plant and labour, ensuring optimisation of available resources
- Previous experience as a Formwork Supervisor with a Civil contractor
- Previous experience with FRP infrastructure projects
- Experience in using DOKA formwork systems is a definite advantage
- Demonstrated experience working in a FIFO/DIDO capacity
- Excellent planning, monitoring, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated safety and environmental behaviour
- Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience managing direct labour, subcontractors, and plant crews
- Flexible and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
