Consumer Partnerships Role Overview

This role is a key position within our partnerships team, responsible for coordinating consumer partnerships and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate consumer partnerships to achieve project goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new consumer partners.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance consumer partner skills and knowledge.
  • Design and maintain systems and processes to support effective partnership management.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to ensure positive interactions with consumers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cultural safety and empathy for people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and consumers, fostering a culture of shared decision-making.
