Consumer Partnerships Role Overview
This role is a key position within our partnerships team, responsible for coordinating consumer partnerships and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate consumer partnerships to achieve project goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new consumer partners.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance consumer partner skills and knowledge.
- Design and maintain systems and processes to support effective partnership management.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to ensure positive interactions with consumers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of cultural safety and empathy for people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and consumers, fostering a culture of shared decision-making.
