HVAC Services Manager | NSW OtherAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily operations, manage service teams, and drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for rostering, job scheduling, technician supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and technician assignments to ensure efficient resource deployment and high productivity.
  • Drive technician productivity and hold team members accountable for operational processes and quality outcomes.
Client & Service Delivery Management:
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, industry regulations, and safety standards to build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Oversee procurement and management of contractors to meet business objectives.
Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently in line with workplace health and safety (WHS) standards, monitoring risk assessments and training compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
People & Performance Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop technicians and service coordinators to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify training and upskilling opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in HVAC service management or operational leadership role.
  • Strong team leadership, rostering, and workforce planning experience.
  • Background in service business operations, field service, or maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety regulations and industry compliance.
  • Australian Driver's Licence & OHS Construction Induction (White Card) required.
