Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Campus Operations Coordinator. This position will involve overseeing the daily operations of our campus facilities, ensuring that all aspects of the operation run smoothly and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong background in facility management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs and services that promote a safe and healthy environment for staff, students, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners. They will also possess a high level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Facility Management: Proven experience in managing facilities, including security, grounds maintenance, waste management, cleaning services, and emergency operations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and handle sensitive issues sympathetically and effectively.
  • Contract Management: Understanding of contract management in relation to facilities, including security, grounds, waste etc.
  • Organisational Skills: High level organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines in a multidisciplinary environment.
