Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Professional to join our team. This role involves performing general repairs, assisting with event setups and maintaining equipment on campus.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to assist with event setup and pack down.
  • Proactive communication skills to report maintenance issues and liaise with teams.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (6am–2pm or 10am–6pm) and cover shifts as needed.
  • Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety regulations.

Additional skills and requirements include:

  • Valid C Class driver's licence (manual or automatic).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
