Be the Face of Our Campus Community

At our university, we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students and staff. As a Campus Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that everyone feels welcome on campus.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to visitors, students, and staff
  • Offer assistance with directions and queries
  • Manage the visitor log to maintain a safe working and learning environment
  • Sign for and accept mail and deliveries
  • Assist academic staff with classroom technology issues and facilities concerns

This is a casual role with a variable workload between 8-15 hours per week. You will be required to work around trimester schedules and within our campus opening hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm).

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We encourage current students of our university to apply for this role.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded
