Desktop Engineering Position

A skilled Desktop Engineer is needed to contribute significantly to our IT operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain primary images from bare metal as new hardware models emerge.

  • Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software issues for local and remote employees, troubleshooting various devices.

  • Leverage expertise in remote troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Respond to security alerts from SIEM and endpoint protection applications, safeguarding our business networks.

  • Evaluate the performance of desktop infrastructure and recommend enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.

  • Maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems, track problem and service requests, and manage inventory levels.

  • Support Office 365 applications and manage user accounts, contributing to our internal knowledge base.

  • Collaborate effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and excel in both independent and team environments.
