The Portfolio Management team is seeking a Vice President to join our Sydney office focused on private investments.
This role offers an excellent career opportunity for a candidate seeking exposure to a varied portfolio across the full capital spectrum.
The successful candidate will work closely with divisional leadership to drive the business and key initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating deal execution, deal closing, portfolio management, and harvesting activities.
- Coordinating structuring of new investments and helping manage Federation review of the business opportunity.
- Working closely with fund management teams to facilitate fund capital calls, cash distributions, investor and regulatory reporting on fund performance.
- Representing the team and liaising with internal groups and external advisors to resolve legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operational issues.
- Managing ad hoc requests from senior management, including data management, reporting, and presentations.
- Supporting senior members on asset management activities and reviews.
- Facilitating internal and regulatory driven information requests.
