OverviewSenior Marketing Manager - Employer Marketing at Insignia Financial – Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand, drive employer engagement, and deliver business growth.The role is accountable for understanding and anticipating end-client (employer) needs and building marketing campaigns and strategies that benefit both client and business.
You will support the sales teams to position and communicate the proposition in-market and work with Relationship Management teams to retain existing employers within MLC, Plum, IOOF and ANZSC and to drive B2B2C employee growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand differentiation, employer engagement, retention and business growth aligned to the Master Trust business strategyOversee program execution, leveraging internal teams, key stakeholder groups, external suppliersDevelop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance employer relationships and engagement across all brandsDesign and deliver employer programs grounded in business insights, addressing member needs, market context, and competitive dynamicsCreative development, asset development, employer journey and experience developmentLeverage a strategic differentiated CVP/narrative for MLC to position as a leader driving a clear competitive advantageAnalyse audience needs, triggers, pain points within the onboarding experience and build journeys, experiences and strategies to address theseExecute cross-channel campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media to maximize engagement and retentionManage budgets, reporting, risk, and post-initiative reviews, continuously optimizing marketing efforts to drive business growth and positive member outcomesAccountable for driving continuous optimisation and efficiencies across employer programsWhat You Will BringSolid financial services experienceStrong analytical, verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate complexity in an accessible wayRisk mindset – proactively identify, understand and act on future risksStrong stakeholder engagement, relationship building and influencing skillsExperienced in translating business strategy into marketing plansAbility to brief and guide creative professionals, digital teams, writers, designers etcData-driven and results oriented – ability to interpret and absorb data and synthesise complex information to come up with solutions and marketing strategiesStrong delivery focus and project management skills to ensure deadlines are metAbility to multi-task and thrive in an environment with competing and shifting prioritiesStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent oral, written communication and presentation skillsWhat gets us excited about working hereHelping people do more with their money.
