Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth transition between shifts and ensure effective management of our 24-hour global operation.
  • Participate actively in 'huddles' and formal team meetings to drive communication and collaboration.
  • Enter timely and accurate data into Active Operations Management (AOM) and Error Capture (IORAF) platforms.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Trading, Sales Desks, and Relationship Managers to achieve excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in financial markets.
  • Knowledge of securities products, such as European & Domestic Bonds, Repo, Money Market products/Deposits, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with systems like Austraclear, RITS, Euroclear, and Murex is also beneficial.
  • You must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident and articulate communicator is essential for this role.
