Financial Markets Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this newly created position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Treasury, learning about all aspects of funding and liquidity management, risk management, and front office operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury strategies
  • Manage cash flows and ensure adequate working capital
  • Monitor and mitigate risk exposure
  • Collaborate with the front office team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide high-quality stakeholder engagement and communication

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in Financial Services is essential
  • Familiarity with financial markets products (money markets, FX, derivatives) is preferred
  • Understanding of the full trade lifecycle is necessary
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights (PR or citizenship)
