**Job Title:** F&B Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team at the pool bar on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food courses and beverages to guests in the pool area tables and sun loungers, and clear the tables and sun loungers once customers have finished eating/drinking.
  • Answer questions on menu selections, communicate with the kitchen regarding menu queries, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
  • Record transactions in our system at the time of order, check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day including the bar, the tables, and sun loungers around the pool.

**Requirements:**

  • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
  • Welcome and serve guests, be knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities to ensure our guests receive a dynamic experience.
  • Meet and connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations.
  • Assist all guests with menu options, dietary requirements, and recommendations.
