Pool Bar Team Leader

This role is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in the pool bar setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and develop team members to achieve business goals.
- Ensure staff work collaboratively to meet customer needs.
- Inspect grooming and attire of staff to maintain a professional image.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Inspect storage areas for organization and cleanliness.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety and well-being of guests.
Requirements:
- Valid QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent cocktail and beverage knowledge.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution skills with ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
