We are seeking a skilled Bar Staff member to join our vibrant team at a bustling tapas restaurant. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. They will also prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prepare and serve drinks and food with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new drink recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Current QLD RSA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of bar experience is preferred but not essential.
