Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide care and support to young people aged 12-17 in residential placements. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with young people and colleagues, creating a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each young person's needs and goals.
- Transport young people to school, appointments, and activities, promoting independence and social skills.
- Engage in daily routines and activities that foster growth, development, and well-being.
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant units of competency, including CHCMHS007, CHCPRT009, and CHCCCS009.
- Flexibility in scheduling and location of work, allowing for work-life balance.
- Paid induction and annual wage increases aligned with industry standards.
