The role of a Residential Care Youth Worker is pivotal in transforming the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with young people and colleagues
- Implement daily routines tailored to individual needs
- Transport youth to and from school, programs, and appointments
- Participate in activities and mealtimes that foster growth and development
- Collaborate in program implementation for young people's growth and development
- Document summary notes
