  7. Procedural Development, Documentation, and Implementation
  8. Prior experience with Operational, Construction, and Maintenance focus

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Civil or Rail Engineering
  2. 7-10 years track condition monitoring experience on-site with a mining producer
  3. Project experience in rail network and maintenance
  4. Soft skills including:
    1. Critical thinking and problem-solving
    2. Analytical and continuous improvement
    3. Attention to detail and stakeholder engagement

All candidates must be willing to meet full compliance, including registration, undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing, provision of Australian working rights and 2 x references.
