Our Opportunity

As a Heavy Mobile Equipment Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily condition monitoring activities across our Heavy Mobile Equipment fleet.

Through routine analysis of condition monitoring data and positive engagement with site teams, you will identify possible asset failures and provide guidance to the HME Maintenance team on the priority level of subsequent preventative maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the analysis of condition monitoring data and lubricant analysis.
  • Support the prevention of HME failures, resolve potential issues, and ensure effective maintenance.
  • Accurately review and maintain condition monitoring data.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities related to HME asset health systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Facilitate and take part in the rollout of predictive and condition-based maintenance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Mechanical or electrical trade qualification or tertiary engineering qualification in mechanical or similar.
  • Understanding of HME maintenance processes and assets systems in mine site operations.
  • Ability to solve involved issues logically and methodically.
  • High level computer literacy including MS Office suite and SAP.
  • Condition monitoring experience including lubricant analysis would be highly regarded.
