Lead Technical Strategist Position

This position is a pivotal role in bridging business priorities with technical delivery. As Lead Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts, ensuring high-quality requirements, documentation, and testing standards across both product and project initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Business Analysts to build a strong and versatile team
  • Establishing, evolving, and enforcing standards for documentation, testing, and analysis deliverables
  • Ensuring strategic goals and business vision translate into actionable business requirements and technical solutions
  • Fostering deep subject matter expertise within the team on customer-facing websites, supporting systems, data, and processes

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Leverage AI for knowledge management, requirement validation, and predictive risk analysis
  • Partner with architects to explore how AI, automation, and data analytics can improve delivery
  • Coordinate staffing and resource allocation across project teams, balancing priorities and capacity
  • Provide ongoing guidance by reviewing user flows, technical approaches, and ensuring quality outcomes

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience
  • Agile/Scrum certification is desired
  • Cloud or Data Analytics certification is a plus
  • 8-12+ years of experience in related field
  • 4+ years of leadership/management experience of a similar technical
