Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the modernisation and uplift of our architectural practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of our principles, standards, pattern templates, and frameworks, as well as enhancing our application and technology portfolios, reference models, and architecture repository.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture-oriented transformation with a focus on governance and process improvement, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Modernise our architectural practices, focusing on principles, standards, and frameworks, to drive business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Improve the architecture repository and tooling, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Align governance processes with project management frameworks, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Consult with teams and guide them through significant changes, leveraging your expertise in architectural governance, road mapping, and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • You will understand the types of collateral that architecture should be producing, whether it be conceptual architecture or a requirements document, and have experience using architectural collateral and templates.
  • Experience in leading operating model transformation initiatives that enable business growth and strategic objectives is essential.
  • Prior experience in uplifting architectural practices is advantageous, and you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
