Job Summary

The role of Administrative Coordinator is to provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and providing executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management, mail and courier coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate local in-house office events in collaboration with head office.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting organization, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the wider team with facilities coordination, calendar management, project assistance, and event planning.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative and events support in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Valid C Class Driver's License.
