Senior HR Advisor / Team Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to support leaders and employees within Aluminium Operations on site in Bell Bay.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for developing people, is a true collaborator, a trusted advisor and HR innovator.

About the Role
  • Participate or lead multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert and project leadership.
  • Impart knowledge and experiences to the team on key areas of responsibility which include employee relations matters, building Leader capability, best practice HR systems and processes, facilitating organisational change and leading HR projects.
  • Provide guidance to the wider team and report to the senior leadership team on complex people matters.
  • Balance busy workloads and complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrate leadership capability through effectively engaging at all levels of the business.
  • Support the implementation of Workday platform and support site based leaders with this platform integration.
  • Partner with HRBP's to identify and prioritise people priorities to support the business strategy and HR Operational delivery.
