We are currently looking for a dedicated **HR Assistant** to support our HR team in a part-time capacity, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient human resources operation and assist in recruitment processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs
- Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in an HR assistant role is required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
